Specification
Partly implemented. The facade's trajectory handlers and its read/write capability classes exist in internal/facade, and harness mcp now serves the facade's control tools over stdio as a thin daemon client (internal/mcp, 📝 ADR-0054) — read tools on by default, the state-changing ones behind --allow-control. No broker, prompt side-loading or caller identity is built yet: calls are unattributed, per-harness mcp_allow is not evaluated, and the [mcp.*] tables are a config parse error. Tracked by the SPEC-0005 epic in the Harness issue tracker.
Design
